Open About and tap Send feedback. We store exactly this: your message, an optional email if you add one, a random install ID, the platform, the app version, your device model and your language. Add an email if you would like a reply.
If you bought the lifetime purchase and the app still shows ads or the daily limit, tap Restore purchases (on the screen that appears when you reach the limit). Use the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.
If your payment went through but nothing unlocked, write to us with the date of the purchase and we will sort it out.
