By using Pressly you agree to these terms. Use it lawfully and for yourself; do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app or its server. Pressly is not for children under 13 (under 14 in Korea).
Pressly is free with a daily limit on some actions, and shows ads. A rewarded ad gives you one more action. The lifetime purchase is a single payment, not a subscription, that removes ads and the daily limit. It is a non-consumable purchase made through Apple or Google; the store's refund rules apply, and you can restore it on a new device with Restore purchases.
The app is provided as is, without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to a particular purpose.
As far as the law allows, JoCoding is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for it. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, for every user. Mandatory consumer-protection rights where you live are not affected.
